We are a small office suite for attorneys. Oppurtunity to take on more tasks and chance to be an integral part of a new company.
We are searching for a bright, eager person to help with various tasks. Tasks may be:
-Answering the phone
-Easy office maintenance (for example, making sure various rooms are organized)
-Online messaging
-Organizing database of addresses and customers
-Light office tasks, including dealing with vendors
-Participating in marketing programs.
-Broad administrative work, such as filing, maintaining client messages, etc.
How to Qualify:
-Familiar in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
-The ability to learn different softwares.
-Shows professional work ethics, appearance and character.
-Posses an interest in work.
-Impressive writing ability.
-Can listen to verbal and written directions.
The perfect candidate is:
-Friendly and able to communicate with a variety of people
-detail-oriented
-independent/able to work seperately with no supervision
-Respectful
Compensation: $1100/ a week
